AP-1-GFP報告基因是自主研發的用于檢測AP-1轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。AP-1(activating protein-1)是一類核轉錄因子參與轉化、分化、凋亡等多種生物學功能。
AP-1-GFP報告基因主要應用于細胞中MAPK/JNK信號通路、**研究、基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMAP-1-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個AP-1結合位點，可以高效地檢測AP-1的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得AP-1-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。AP-1 GFP Reporter Plasmid（AP-1-GFP報告基因質粒）

使用說明
pGMAP-1-GFP可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。
