產(chǎn)品描述
HSF-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測HSF轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。HSF(heat shock transcription factors)主要在于控制熱應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的動態(tài)平衡。
HSF-GFP報告基因主要檢測Heat Shock Response信號通路、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMHSF-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個HSF結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測HSF的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得HSF-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。HSF GFP Reporter Plasmid（HSF-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒）
