產品描述
PR-GFP報告基因是自主研發的用于檢測PR轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。PGR(progesterone receptor)主要介導孕酮的生理作用。孕酮是動物***系統、**系統、經血調控、組織修復與再生、炎癥反應、血管發生、胚泡著床與維持妊娠交互作用的關鍵因子，尤其在動物生殖活動中起著非常重要的作用。
PR-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測細胞Progesterone 信號通路中的孕酮受體的轉錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMPR-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個PR結合位點，可以高效地檢測PR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得PR-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。Progesterone receptor (PR) GFP Reporter Plasmid （PR-GFP報告基因質粒）
