CREB報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（CREB luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測CRE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。CRE(cAMP-response element binding protein)是一種細胞核內(nèi)調(diào)控因子，它通過自身磷酸化實現(xiàn)調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)錄的功能，影響胎兒T細胞的發(fā)育、細胞的生存和學習記憶分子神經(jīng)機制的相關(guān)功能。

CREB報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中cAMP/PKA信號通路的活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

PGMCRE-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個CRE結(jié)合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測CRE的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得CRE報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。CREB luciferase reporter plasmid （CREB-Luc報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明

1.pGMCRE-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
