AAT-Promoter熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（AAT-Promoter luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發的用于檢測AAT-Promoter轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。AAT(alpha 1-Antitrypsin或alpha-1 antiproteinase，也簡稱為A1AT)，又稱serine peptidase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1或serine proteinase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1(簡稱SERPINA1)，是一種可以被分泌到細胞外的絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑，可以抑制elastase、plasmin、thrombin、trypsin和chymotrypsin等。AAT基因缺陷時會導致肺氣腫(emphysema)或肝臟**等。

pGMAAT-Promoter-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了AAT啟動子，可以高靈敏度地檢測AAT-Promoter的轉錄活性水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒對轉錄因子結合的特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得AAT-Promoter報告基因質粒更易于轉染。
