產品描述

GAL4熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（GAL4 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發的用于檢測GAL4轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。GAL4是酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）轉錄激活蛋白，是酵母半乳糖的代謝相關基因。

GAL4報告基因主要用于檢測蛋白質相互作用的酵母雙雜交系統，以及在其基礎上發展出來的用于檢測Protein-DNA相互作用的酵母單雜交系統和酵母三雜交系統。

pGMGAL4-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個GAL4結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測GAL4的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得GAL4報告基因質粒更易于轉染。GAL4 luciferase reporter plasmid （GAL4-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質粒）

使用說明

pGMGAL4-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
