產(chǎn)品描述

AARE熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（AARE luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測AARE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。隨著氨基酸的消耗，GCN2被激活并且使elF2a磷酸化，這將使ATF的翻譯增加，激活的ATF4將結(jié)合AARE調(diào)控目的基因的表達(dá)。

AARE報(bào)告基因主要檢測細(xì)胞中氨基酸受體的活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMAARE-Lu是吉改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)AARE結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測ATF4/3/2的激活水平。同時(shí)，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得AARE報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。AARE luciferase reporter plasmid （AARE-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
