C/EBPβ-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒（C/EBPβ luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測C/EBPβ轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。C/EBPβ（CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein beta）是轉(zhuǎn)錄因子C/EBPs家族的重要成員，它主要通過對(duì)靶細(xì)胞基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的調(diào)節(jié)，參與細(xì)胞增殖與分化、腫瘤發(fā)生與凋亡、細(xì)胞周期調(diào)控等。
C/EBPβ-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒主要應(yīng)用于C/EBP信號(hào)通路的研究、**研究以及相關(guān)基因調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pGMC/EBPβ-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)C/EBPβ結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測C/EBPβ的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得C/EBPβ報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。C/EBPβ luciferase reporter plasmid C/EBPβ-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒

使用說明
pGMC/EBPβ-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
